The plots are accessed via a private road. All utilities (waste water, drinking water, electricity, gas, telecommunications) are located in the private road or the side areas of the private road. The development is in accordance with B-Plan No. 18A in its 7th amendment. Accordingly, a one-and-a-half storey building with a maximum ridge height of 22.5 m above sea level is possible with max. 2 units.
